Job Summary

 

This role is responsible for providing engineering Service functions to support the network performance & optimization area by analysing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. The role will have responsibility to meet with the customer while also being responsible for the interface with the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure performance and lifecycle of the Service.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

 

Drive E2E customer solutions – discuss with customer regarding the technology strategy and key challenges.

In-depth understanding and knowledge of Network Performance and optimization, underpinning critical metric design, process and reporting using data analytics that supports it, including competence in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation of Data Analytics.

The technical planning and design of a New Service, or change / update to an existing Service. Includes vital configuration design for the applications, infrastructure and Service Catalogue Management.

Technical management throughout its service lifecycle. Includes roadmap, change / release management, demand and capacity management, deployment and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation to give an excellent customer experience.

Support the Service Operations Governance both internally and externally for the Service Performance in the contract, this also includes Program & Demand Management.

Drive/Contribute to the Service design package in prep of introduction of new services.

Bi-Directional point of contact to the KAM and MSIP for CSI opportunities, business development opportunities.

Define & Setup Governance framework in line with the contract agreement.

Ops readiness for Early Life Support & turn it into contractual talk for CCN etc

Technical Expertise- Proven record working on Mulivendor(Huawei/Nokia/Samsung) performance is essential.
