Our Exciting Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to partner with the sales team and central organizations to secure business and securing maximized value to Ericsson.

 

The Sales Operations Manager will support the BTEB SMB (Small & Medium Business Solutions) commercial function.

 

You will

 

  • Apply global strategies and perform regional benchmark analysis
  • Set commercial and price packaging of offers and perform price analysis, following established Ericsson pricing principles
  • Design and set-up of sales -process -methods and -tools
  • Create customer business-case (templates)
  • Lead approval process
  • Build customer-centric proposals & solutions that uniquely address customer business objectives
  • Build sales opportunities that will generate profitable sales
  • Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and perfection in price management
  • Advise on T&C’s, profitability, cash flow and commercial risk
  • Manage commercial models and commercial value argumentation in order to support accounts during negotiations
  • Work with units across Ericsson to ensure best-practice and seek support for operational development
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

 

To be successful in the role you must have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working in a Software, IT, or Enterprise Sales role
  • Previous price management or commercial management experience/background
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Financial acuity and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and commercial understanding to develop business opportunities
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Self-starter with a pro-active approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly settle into a diverse team
