We are now looking for a PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR who is responsible to secure customer business is correctly executed in the applicable planning tool in compliance with Ericsson’s processes and directives.
The main responsibilities are:
•Support Customer Projects with specialist knowledge in project planning and scheduling
•Secure that operational plans and financial plans are sync
•Support Customer Projects with specialist knowledge on project planning analysis & reporting
Customer Project Managers, Program Managers, Implementation Managers, Project Support Professionals, Order and Delivery Management, External Customers, Authorized Supplier Providers (ASPs), Logistic Supplier Providers (LSPs)
Tools & Resources:
Site Handler / EriSite, Global Chronos, SAP
•Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
•Following Instructions & Procedures
•Planning & Organizing
•Present & Communicate Information
•Writing & Reporting
Education: Academic degree in Business Administration or related.
Min years of experience- No experience required
Good Excel level (Pivot Table)
English level is a plus
