Job Summary:

We are now looking for an additional Service Delivery Line Manager in the UK PMO for Networks and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD). In this role, you will ensure customer value through an efficient service delivery for the responsibilities of the team you are leading. This position will look after Project control and Governance across Networks and Managed Service programs for Ericsson in the UK.

You will have a role in the PMO line organization, with the purpose to lead the area of Project control and Governance with a team of Control Office heads per Account and Project planners. And you will work closely with Network Program Directors, Customer Operation Managers, Customer project Managers and the Ericsson Finance community.

Most activities in the Ericsson group are performed in Projects and Contract deliveries in a matrix organization with an Operational accountable like CPM, NPD or SDM and a line reporting into Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework, adhere to the fit for purpose processes and tools and best practices.  They have extensive experience with the competence area of the teams they are leading and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.


  • You will ensure service delivery execution as well as being responsible for driving and supporting project governance and control
  • Build a productive work environment for people in your team and the Ericsson organization and customers you work with
  • Drive performance management (process) and competence management
  • Conduct Resource management and look after unit finance within your group.
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and tools to enhance Project control and governance and work on continuous improvements and ideas for automation

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent
  • Min years of experience: 8-10 years with Network Roll-out programmes and Managed Service contracts
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  • Knowledge of the Ericsson sales process as well as Customer and market insights
  • Strong financial acumen and skills
  • Ability to Formulate strategies and concepts
  • Adhering to principles and values
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
