Our Phenomenal Opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, define and craft solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

 

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in BSC Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years Telecom Experience and including at least 3 years in a customer facing role.
  • Very good knowledge of the Packet Core and Circuit Core domains, e.g. EPC (MME, EPG), IMS/VoLTE
  • Cloud Execution Environment (Virtualized Infrastructure Manager) – OpenStack based
  • Telco Industry understanding
  • Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Technologies and 3PP standards - 5G EPC and 5GC
  • Network integration experience and proven experience of fixing in the above environments
  • Background in engaging with customers and problem solving as needed
