Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant in Kista to support the different units in the Compliance Office within GF Legal Affairs & Compliance (GFLA). The unit promotes integrity in business generally and compliance with laws/regulations and company policies/directives. The unit is responsible for the Ericsson compliance program and supports Ericsson's efforts to identify, manage and mitigate compliance risks. You will work closely with the other assistants within GFLA and report to the Head of BA & Central Function Compliance. GFLA has approximately 200 professionals including legal counsels, paralegals, legal analysts, immigration specialists, assistants, corporate investigators and compliance officers working for Ericsson around the world, located in 40 countries. Our mission is to enable sustainable success of Ericsson by providing effective legal and compliance solutions in a risk-appropriate manner. To be able to do this, in addition to being professional legal and compliance service providers, we need to have excellent knowledge about Ericsson's commercial activities and the relevant market environment. We also need to work proactively e.g. by providing training to Ericsson personnel in order to inform about risks and exposures. We all represent one Ericsson, and GFLA is one consolidated team. No matter where we are located, we shall all feel that we belong to the same legal and compliance function.

Position Summary
Provide general administrative support to the members of the compliance units. Contribute to, and coordinate, activities in different projects in the administrative area. Act as a specialist of the administrative IT systems whenever needed. Support and inform about Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools. Additional tasks can be tailored to fit the ambitions of the right candidate (e.g., assisting with design of presentations, basic project management tasks, etc.).

To be successful in this role, we believe that you are detailed oriented and can follow instructions and procedures easily. You work well with people and as you are both service minded and a phenomenal teammate, you find it easy to make new contacts and network. In this role we see that you have good planning and organizing skills and ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. We see that you can adapt and respond to change easily. You're a problem solver with high integrity! 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • General administration support for members of the unit
  • Manage information and support in creating information
  • Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
  • Support with travel arrangements
  • Handle entry and exit administration
  • Lead improvement and implementation of administrative routines
  • Network and connect with other assistants within and outside the organization
  • Organize internal meetings and workshops
