Integration Engineer

Job Summary:
Ericsson is one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers. We have the experience, skills and solutions to secure a successful 5G transformation and enable our customers to unlock full 5G potential e.g. smart manufacturing, automated mining, connected transportation, remote surgery, etc. 

We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify configuration and integration of hardware/software delivery and feature delivery for 4G/5G radio system.  Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity. 

 

Responsibilities:
Perform Integration and Network rollout activities of 3G/4G/5G RAN nodes
Perform software upgrades and updates of 3G/4G/5G RAN nodes
Involve in the System/Function Verification and support activities
Participate in 3G/4G/5G RAN troubleshooting
Participate in global support case handling process
Technical interface towards sales and/or R&D
Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal/external customers
Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert
Knowledge sharing and collaboration within team
You will work to identify and drive improvements
E2E technical understanding


Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above of first level University
3-5 years' experience of 3G/4G/5G Radio access network domain
Strong leadership and communication skill
Business and management awareness
Analytical learning and researching skills
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Well organized and have structure thinking
Initiative and positive personal personality
Fluent in English
