We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Kista to support the Commercial Legal Affairs unit within Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance (GFLA). The team is responsible for the commercial legal support to Ericsson's Business Areas and Group Functions. The major scope of the work is contractual and negotiation support with suppliers, partners and customers, including working with internal clients, worldwide, but also business structuring and business model support. You will provide administrative support to managers, unit leadership teams and unit members. The role includes a close collaboration with the other assistants within GFLA and reports to the Head of Commercial Legal Affairs.

Who we are
GFLA has approximately 200 professionals including legal counsels, paralegals, legal analysts, immigration specialists, assistants, corporate investigators and compliance officers working for Ericsson around the world, located in 40 countries. Our mission is to enable sustainable success of Ericsson by providing effective legal and compliance solutions in a risk-appropriate manner. To be able to do this, in addition to being professional service providers within the area, we need to have excellent knowledge about Ericsson's commercial activities and the relevant market environment. We also need to work proactively e.g. by providing training to Ericsson personnel in order to advise and inform about risks and exposures. We all represent one Ericsson, and GFLA is one consolidated team. No matter where we are located, we shall all feel that we belong to the same function.
The Executive Assistant is expected to provide a high degree of administrative support to the head and members of the unit. Contribute to, and coordinate, activities in different projects in the administrative area. Act as a specialist of the administrative IT systems whenever needed. Support and inform about Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools. Additional tasks can be tailored to fit the ambitions of the right candidate (e.g., assisting with design of presentations, basic project management tasks, etc.).

- Manage information and support in creating information
- Support with use of Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
- Support with travel arrangements
- Handle entry and exit administration
- Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines
- Network, communicate and connect with other assistants inside and outside of the organization
- Coordinate internal meetings and workshops
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications
