You can remove barriers and address complex situations with regards to technical challenges
- BS degree from an accredited university
- Proven experience in telecommunications and IT Industry for 5 years
- Extensive experience in leading complex multi-vendor Orchestration, Assurance and Analytics solutions
- In-depth industry leadership in current market trend solutions including focus on SD-WAN, Cloud Native, Azure and Open Source solutions
- Motivation and leadership skills to lead high performing teams
- A proven track record of customer facing leadership roles in OSS/BSS
- Ability to interface and lead discussions with C-Levels on critical initiatives
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Proven leadership in complex RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with ability to solution and drive winning responses
You might also have:
- Experience with Ericsson OSS product portfolio including VNF-LCM, EVNFM
- Experience with other Industry OSS solutions
- Ability to influence and communicate product roadmaps to support customer needs
