5G networks are evolving rapidly and the need for new and different radio products are increasing. In 5G networks the number of radio sites increase, and booster sites will provide capacity along for example highways. Security becomes more and more important when radio products are deployed in a more easily accessible way, like on lamp-poles. Telecommunication is central in an all communicating world and cyber-attack and interception risks increase. Moreover, in 5G networks the there are several different network architectures, each with its own security weakness.
For Ericsson, secure products are of major importance and we are looking for a security specialist that will lead the radio product evolution.
In PDU Radios System department, Visions and world leading products are born, the future technology is foreseen, and the best performing features and functionality are developed. All creating the Radio Product portfolio that secures Ericsson technology leadership.
Do you want to:
Work visionary and create the future security solution for Ericsson’s Radio Units as well as its secure interaction with other RAN elements?
In 5G networks the architecture is evolving drastically. With an early view of future security demands, it will be possible to take the right decisions today that guarantees secure products for the future.
