The Sales Director, Network Services role is critical in defending and growing Operate services business within our customer. Through proactive business development, you will help us secure short and long-term profitable business.
As a sales leader in our organization, you will:
- Build robust sales funnel, generate profitable sales and develop short-term and long-term business.
- Create and implement the sales strategy Forge strong partnership with the customer leaders that own Operate decisions and operations
- Negotiate the commercial conditions with customer's purchasing and close business opportunities
- Accountable for end-to-end sales and delivery process including cash collection.
- Maximize customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of relationship sales within the ICT industry
- University degree
- Experience selling a services portfolio; operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, service assurance services and network field services.
- Relevant experience in Automation and AI/ML business models.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with an ability to create ‘win-win’ outcomes and long-term trust
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as social and interpersonal skills
Travel: Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
This position reports to the VP Sales, Operate and Engineering
