We are looking for a proactive business development professional to position our data center and IT infrastructure services offering at a major tier 1 client. This role is critical in growing and defending our business with the customer. Our IT services can be provided as fully managed-end-to-end services or they can cover only specific service elements selected by the customer.  As the Sales Manager, you will be supported by a global Managed Services organization with years of experience managing both telco and IT environments.

 

You will:

  • Generate profitability sales and develop long term business.
  • Create and implement the sales strategy for the Digital Services portfolio
  • Create, maintain, and leverage trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces.
  • Negotiate the commercial conditions with customer's purchasing and close business opportunities.
  • Accountable for end-to-end sales and delivery process including cash collection.
  • Maximize customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building loyalty.

You have:

  • Experience selling IT services directly to T-Mobile
  • A track record of closing business IT services business
  • Ability to see the big picture to build new business, by being creative, challenging and build on the customer needs
  • Flexibility in the negotiation style and strong judgment on the right “battles to fight”
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with an ability to create ‘win-win’ outcomes and long-term trust relationships.
  • Ability to create innovative financial solutions benefitting both the customer and Ericsson
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as social and interpersonal skills
