Automation Architect is technical responsible for solution design and execution on client engagements, managing one or more MITO projects, developing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of customer needs as per required scope and blueprint! 

You will,  

  • Participate in pre-studies and other assessments for automation.  

  • Participate in customer projects, handling automation scope, risks, changes and customer expectations  

  • Understand in detail the automation solutions needed, both at a low level and at the higher process and service delivery level  

  • Describe, document and define and specify the automation solutions, including all known use cases; collection of automation command and response sequences;  

  • Ensuring and being accountable for the technical integrity of the automation design, in accordance with the clients' requirements.  

  • Assisting the automation implementation engineer in the development of solutions and rapid prototyping demonstrations.  

  • Leading day-to-day technical program or segment activities, including relationships with the client, handling and reviewing assigned consulting staff.  

  • Designing and delivering client and internal technical presentations.  

  • Contribute to Organizational initiatives & activities like Proof of Concepts, Training, Technical interviews  

To be successful in the role, you must have: 

  • Knowledge with alarm correlation scenarios, root cause analysis, automation and self-healing.  

  • Knowledge in Java and scripting tools such as, Python, Shell, Perl or Ruby  

  • Knowledge in automation utilities like Selenium, Enable, UIPath and Blueprism 

  • Experience with SNMP, Corba, JMS, ASCII, Webservices, etc.  

  • To have Experience in multi-vendor / multi-technology / multi-customer integration to NMS/OSS for IT service assurance.  

  • Knowledge of Open Source tools like Jenkins, Docker, WildFly, Tomcat Web server, Apache Camel, Drools  

  • Good Understanding and experience of Agile delivery model.  

  • Experience in Zabbix, CMDB or equivalent tools.  

  • MySQL knowledge and experience would be an advantage  

  • Should be able to support presales activities including pre-studies and high level solutions.  

  • Expertize in perl/shell scripting, Java, Javascripting,CSS, HTML, XML and Database.  

Key Qualifications: 

Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar 

Minimum years of relevant experience: 8 - 14 years.
