Our Exciting Opportunity

Ericsson Indonesia is growing! As such, we are looking for a Spare Parts Handling Service Manager to act as the owner of spare parts management delivery across multiple vendors within MS contract. This role will be responsible for ensuring lead time delivery to support MS field operation to perform KPI. The key responsibility will be to manage the operations team, as well as cost control to deliver the service

 

General Responsibilities:

The Spare Part Handling Service Manager supports critical metrics of the MS field operation to ensure network customer performance by delivering spare part when it’s required by field engineers for trouble shooting. The responsibility is not only for our Ericsson product but also for non-Ericsson product (Multi-vendor spare part delivery handling).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being in charge on process control supply chain spare part handling service under Managed Services (MS) contract
  • Manage performance SPHS delivery lead time toward MS contract
  • Organized internal working procedures, structured SPHS team operation and alignment procedures with other related team e.g. field ops, hardware support, supply organization
  • Ownership on managing vendor performance on 3party Logistic vendor
  • Consolidate, manage and tracking cost operation within SPSH delivery services
  • Oversee reporting, material review and initiate process improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced verbal and written communication in English
  • 7+ years experience in Spare Part Management
  • Accuracy and Customer focus – previous work in a customer-oriented environment is a plus
  • Extensive experience in a customer facing role is a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
