This position provides analytical and sourcing services to the customer unit LATAM North Sourcing organization, based on internal and our partner's requirements, actively dealing with Source-To-Contract activities within the Sourcing Process.
Through professional consultancy and subject matter expertise, the employee will support the Sourcing community with operational and analytical knowledge and skillsets. This position is for last semesters students.
- Responsible for important metric follow up.
- Supplier contract signing follow up.
- RFI (request for information) from suppliers.
- Provide market insight according to suppliers capacity.
- Handle relationships with partners.
- Report analysis for the sourcing team.
- Perform operational sourcing activities.
To be successful in this position:
Enrolled in the final year in one of the following university courses: Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering or System Engineering
- Excel (pivot/dynamic table, formulas, macro is a plus) advanced skills
- PowerPoint intermediate skills
- English skills required for full communication, spoken and written
- Business understanding
- Knowledge sharing & collaboration skills
- Proactive and hands-on engagement
- Value creation knowledge
