We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Perform alarm and performance monitoring
Handle the issues reported by customers
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Support root cause analysis
Fulfill customer request by configuring parameters of IoT connection platform
Learn and share one or more knowledge of IP, Data Base, Linux, Virtualization, Cloud and Billing System
Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
Demonstrate high level of interest in the telecommunication industry
Good English communication skill
Availability for night shift work
