You will be leading a team of Architect/Engineer that working in enhancing Telecommunication Billing System (OSS/BSS), CRM, ERP, Corporate Automation Project, etc.
You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding engineering, leadership and communication skills.
Experience in leading team members from onshore and offshore teams.
Involved in End-to-End solutioning of complex BSCS/BSS upgrade or transformation project.
Experience in delivery BSS project for Mobile, Fixed Line, Broadband Internet and TV markets.
Support Sales organization and presales team as an expert in solution portfolio.
Fronting customers on all technical discussions and organizing workshops.
Perform Comprehensive Business requirement analysis for IT Service Request
•Act as IT Business Partners for business leader and review any new system/software requests incl. the IT investment forecast expense.
•Gather and discuss with product owner on their requirements incl. the Change Request.
•Hand in hand with IT Architecture & Strategy to provide the best and affordable solution to deliver agreed business expectations and requirement.
Perform Comprehensive Product Configuration & In-house Development
•Configures product to fulfill business users' requirements
•Ensure delivery of configured product meets highest quality standard within agreed timeline
•Manage overall end to end development process to ensure all application development requests are delivered within the agreed timeline
•Supervise internal resouces in doing project deliverey according to the agreed architecture and project blueprints.
•Supervise vendors in doing the project implementation.
Perform Quality Assurance, Problem Assessment and Mitigation
•Develop IT QA standards and testing procedures.
•Participate in various testing for all IT initiatives before Go Live phase
•Troubleshoot issues related to product configuration or application development
•Identify potential risks & issues before Go Live phase and escalate to the related parties
