Our exciting opportunity:
As a team member of a Smart Factory of the Future in the U.S., we are now recruiting for a Procurement Specialist. You will secure all purchase requests deriving from internal partners of the factory for goods and services which are handled and delivered on time.
In this role, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all CapEx and OpEx related orders have been executed on time and in a capital-efficient manner, ensuring that internal partners have visibility of their orders at any time and ensure that in accordance to Ericsson’s rules and regulations with the help of a sourcing organization.


You will:
• Analyze and execute internal partner requirements and support partners in price negotiations with suppliers
• Monitor and update the ERP system to ensure accurate supplier master data
• Raise critical supplier issues to local/global sourcing organization
• Execute daily purchase orders based upon partner requests and communicate the order status to relevant partners
• Ensure all orders are executed based on valid quotations and acceptable terms and conditions
• Act upon and resolve disturbances in the supply chain
• Represent Ericsson at supplier meetings as the interface for daily communication and build and maintain good supplier relationships and handle any issues
• Analyze supplier performance by providing relevant input for assessments
• Monitor and resolve issues occurring in the invoicing process
• Participating in supply chain improvement projects
• Establish and maintain supplier governance


To be successful in the role, you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree; business or engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and production including supply and global logistics
• Good mathematical and statistical analysis skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
•  CapEx and OpEx products and services knowledge will be considered a plus
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate optimally with management and colleagues
• Team-player, proactive, collaborative, and committed to providing High-quality work
