We are now looking for a project office manager, reporting to Head of CN1 PMO. Your role is to secure efficient product development with successful release in good quality, scope and on time in project office. You need drive continuous and systematic improvement on product development/project management WoW and process. You need drive overall capability & finance management and excellent operation performance . You’re expected to guide and coach project/program managers consistently through competence build up, knowledge and best practice sharing.
In addition, your role as product development leader is generally connected to development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

- Education: (Bachelor and above)
- Min years of experience: (5-10 years in telecommunication; 5 years Project management experience)
- Domain experience: (PM experience, PMO experience in telecommunication preferred )
