Job Summary:

 

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will guide, mentorship, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will cultivate a creative and learning culture. In BMAS SA NDO we are now under a total technology transformation building a new platform based on Big Data, ML and React to support the NDO business on Radio Design & Optimization plus the new modules for analytics, automation, ML, etc. The person chosen for this position will be responsible for some development teams working on this new platform.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: BSc level in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development and/or management
  • Domain-relevant development experience in both engineering and management activities -> Radio Design and Optimization / Analytics / Optimization / Machine Learning
  • Product Life Cycle Management Knowledge
  • Customer Insight
  • Business Understanding
  • You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Negotiation Skill
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Multicultural Cross-site experience
