Ericsson Indonesia is growing! As such, we are now looking for a NOC Manager to lead a team with a strong focus on delivery. As the Line Manager for the team of NOC Engineer's, you will be responsible for the overall deliverables in the 1st Level Operation (NOC), and manage resources to ensure a smooth 7x24 operation and the fulfillment of the NOC SLA/KPI's.
The NOC Manager is the main interface toward with the customer organisation for deliverables in the 1st Level Operation. As such, the responsibility includes coordination of preparation of reports for customer meetings, ensuring regular operational meetings with customer, and with internal organisation are maintained.
Contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group
Be responsible for the Front Office, organisation and motivation of all operation personnel
Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel
Ensuring the well being of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment
Managing financials within the front office
- Driving service delivery execution
- Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
- Drive performance management (process) and competence management
- Look after unit finance within your group.
- Relevant Telco tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrable management experience as you will have oversight of a large team
- Broad knowledge of Telecommunication Network environment and infrastructure
- Customer and market insight
- Excellent Social and communication skills
- Financial acumen and skills
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
