Job role summary:
The Project Planner is responsible to secure customer business is correctly executed in the applicable planning tool in compliance with Ericsson’s processes and directives.
The main responsibilities are:
- Support Customer Projects with specialist knowledge in project planning and scheduling
- Secure that operational plans and financial plans are sync
- Support Customer Projects with specialist knowledge on project planning analysis & reporting
- Responsible to update the data on EriSite tool
- Responsable of the documentation of the Project on EriDoc
- Responsible of the reports of the stakeholders about the activities done on the project.
- Analysis of the progress and follow up
- Responsible of the process of DFU and PO control to external vendors
- Support for sales recognition tracking based on delivery and PoD (Proof of Delivery)
- Responsible for project travel control (booking/income/egress/billing/payment tracking)
