Job Summary:

 

We are now looking for a Business Analyst for CA PPM tool (called as GC-Global Chronos in Ericsson). GC is a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool that supports project managers and Program Managers throughout Ericsson to manage projects and programs more effectively. The role of the CA-PPM business analyst is to develop and support production and lower environments along with other team members. Key responsibility includes capturing and documenting demands of business, prepare communication and training material, participate in friendly user testing and support regional business for their demands as well as issues.

 

Responsiblities:

 

  • Capture, analyze, document and deploy PPM related demands of business (customers)
  • Prepare training material and release notes of regular upgrades
  • Deliver trainings to global business about new features in product and updates
  • Maintain PPM Sharepoint Portal with all updates and communication
  • Send newsletters to user community for important updates.
  • Lead implementation and contribute in product roadmap
  • Collection of GC (PPM) requirements from user communities
  • Managing pilots of new functionality for their respective business or market areas
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) efforts for new functionality

 

 

Skills Required

 

  • Experience in Managing Clarity PPM Software teams and customers
  • Positive attitude towards customer service & ability to work on their demands
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint portal for administration and updates
  • Working knowledge of Devops and Agile Ways of working
  • Functional knowledge on different CA PPM modules like Project Management, Resource Management and Financial Management and Oracle SQL querying
  • Basic knowledge about the CA PPM Data Model i.e. knowing all the main stock Database tables
  • Good Presentation & Strong Communicator with great listening skills
  • Initiative and positive personal personality, Team player, open, transparent, and cooperative
  • Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical skills
  • Commitment to task, Ability to adhere to Policy and Procedures, Communicating with Others
  • Exposure in Process documentations and implementation

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • Total experience of 4-10 yrs. and 3 years in IT industry of project management work experience.
