On this role, you will assure best value at procurement of (A)SP services in accordance to related scope. Will have all needed information on supplier base in rollout and field maintenance operations and will act on supplier performance issues. Will be a part of supplier evaluation, selection, and important metric requirements.
Build and drive (A)SP forecasting and (A)SP Operational Governance Framework. (A)SP in this document refers to ASP/SP/FSO.
Liaison with the team to organize and coordinate work activities.
Develop and maintain sourcing activities and participate in tender negotiation and delivery.
Coach and drive the onboarding of (A)SPs.
Plan, grow and maintain collaborative relationships with the contractors.
Apply service delivery process and models.
Our ideal candidate may have:
- Telecommunications, Systems or Electronics Engineering Degree.
- 2-3 years of proven experience working with Suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge about 2G, 3G, 4G and LTE Networks and Transmission.
- Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy.
- Support with building and formulating strategies and concepts.
- Advanced English Language Proficiency.
