We are now looking for Young Talents to join our team to become Customer Project Managers, that will be in charge to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met.
Customer Project Managers, are also in charge of fulfilling customer’s expectations and of making sure that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
As Customer Project Manager you will:
Establish the project plan baseline, define the project scope and secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.
Track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
Handle customer and partner engagement: curate customer relationships by building confidence and trust, secure project progress by planning meetings and customer events.
Support Key Account Managers and Engagement Practices to handle customer requirements.
Produce documentation, business cases, and engage with customers during pre-sales through the implementation and conclusion of project.
Ensure financial system monitoring.
Actively participate in business development, taking part in pre-sales meetings and preparing contracts.
Learn to simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
Our ideal candidate may have:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communications, Telecommunications or Mechatronics Engineering.
- From 1 - 2 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
- Broad financial knowledge, Business understanding and Customer/Market insight.
- Project Management experience (nice to have experience as Project Coordinator).
- Negotiation, Persuading, Influencing, Leading, Supervising, Planning and Organizing skills.
- Interpersonal Communication skills.
- English Language Proficiency, PMP methodology and project sales process knowledge.
