Position Summary

 

We are now looking for a Customer Operations Manager, to be accountable for the complete Portfolio of Programmes and Projects towards Customer Vodafone in UK, securing that all goals are being met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contracts.

The Customer Operations Manager will join a talented team, focused on a key UK customer and takes responsibility to all Programmes and projects that are contracted as well as work as CFR for any new Opportunities. The success in the Deliveries for this Account are is critical for Ericsson's business in the UK and Europe.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

As a Customer Operation Manager, you will ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards one customer account. You will also be responsible for ensuring end to end operational performance towards the account according to agreed targets. You will act on behalf of the Operations, for one customer accounts. You will also ensure that the portfolio is managed. Leading and coaching a team of Customer Project Managers and that projects within that portfolio are progressing according to schedule.

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Experience of 10+ years in Project- and Program Management
  • Worked as CPM, CFR, NPD and/or COM in E/// for at least 8 years
  • Leadership and experience in leading large Teams (>50 people)
  • Experienced in Financial Management (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • International Experience, working in different markets and cultures

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Hold PMI certifications or PRINCE2 "Practitioner Level" or Agile or scrum certification is preferable
  • Project sales process
  • Contract management 3rd pp suppliers management experience
