Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Vendor Management NMSD CU LATAM North.

Be a part of the challenge of the 5G revolution!

The role is to assure best value at procurement of (A)SP services in accordance to related scope, to own and supply all needed information on supplier base in rollout and field maintenance operations and taking action on supplier issues. You will secure the accurate contractual prices according to agreed scope and will be responsible to ensure OHS competence and statutory compliance of supplier. The professional in this role will be owner of SoW and Price models, taking part of supplier evaluation, selection and follow up to KPI's and being responsible for (A)SP forecasting and Operational Governance

 

As Head of Vendor Management you will:

Be responsible for the onboarding of (A)SPs

Be responsible for the onboarding of new (A)SP into Ericsson and secure (A)SP project kick off

Develop and secure (A)SP competence development and training plans

Secure (A)SPs have all required licences, specific tools, permits and certification before commencement of project

Secure (A)SPs are informed of Ericsson ways of working, processes, performance requirements and governance model

Plan, follow-up of Q assurance and performance, including OHS

Secure that quality and performance measurement is in place and continuously measured

Act on OHS quality and performance issues

Establish (A)SP Operational Governance with regular meeting to follow-up OHS, quality and performance progress

Be responsible for (A)SP metrics and score card reporting on quality and OHS performance including KPIs

Secure record on calibration dates on tools, instrument and safety equipment

Recommend Bonus/Penalties conditions application, if applicable

Provide information about (A)SP Quality benchmarking, including improvement recommendations

Execute the Ericsson “Consequent Management” procedure where applicable.

Follow up & control (A)SP quality & budget

Secure the continuous application on contracted prices

Act on deviation on contractual prices application and/or activities delivered

Take part of regular meeting to follow-up budget and prices application, incl. contract improvements recommendations

Be responsible for implementing a forecasted budget for (A)SP costs and spend management

Secure proper follow up and control of (A)SP budget according to delivery needs and contractual terms, if any.

Provide information about (A)SP.

Be in charge of price benchmarking, including improvement recommendations.

Give regional follow-up and consolidation of regional result and act on deviation.

Apply Service Delivery Process and Models.

Secure that the Global Service Delivery Process and Models are followed.

 

Our ideal Candidate must have

  • Bachelor degree on Telecommunications, Informatics, or any technology related major.
  • Proven experience in OHS, Occupational Health, Safety, and the deployment and application of ISO 9001 and ISO 14000
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience
  • Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
  • Support with building and formulating strategies and concepts
  • Advanced English Language Proficiency
