Job Summary:

You will be part of our Broadcast Technical Support and Engineering team and will work with different broadcast and ICT development, support and maintenance activities. The person we are looking for is a student (e.g. electrical engineering or computer science at university) and will be trained to industry specific competence by us.


During your internship, you will work on challenging tasks that are based on real business needs, relevant to your skill sets, and where you will be able to contribute to ensuring media experiences. You will assist execution of proactive and reactive broadcast support and maintenance activities which may include installation work but also development and coding depending on your skills. This shall ensure that the services provided to our customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.


Knowledge from following areas would be to some extent required in the work and please mention your experience in the application:

•    ICT Knowledge

•    Work experience with Windows and Linux server configuration

•    Knowledge of server virtualization environments

•    Database administration skills and competence

•    Some experience on programming (e.g. vbscript, javascript, sql) and web technology

•    Understanding of OSI- ja TCP/IP-model, basics of Ethernet networks, routing and firewalls.

•    Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

•    Experience on AutoCAD

•    Fluent in Finnish language (facing Finnish speaking customer)

•    Good communication skills, English skills

•    Social skills and awareness
