Reporting to VP, Head of People for Technologies and New Businesses, you will be given the opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders across the People organization at Ericsson, as well as with senior leaders across the Business Area. @Ericsson your daily life will be filled with exciting missions, mainly focusing on bringing our People Story and People promise to live.  As Head of Talent, You would be given the opportunity to design and implement Talent Strategies to attract and develop best talents, enhance business transformation through leadership, change and culture initiatives. Your growth mindset and passion for people will be helpful in your daily work that includes a high variety of projects in a global dynamic environment. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

  • Designing and implementing programs to attract and develop talent in new growing areas, such as Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, Innovation and Edge Compute
  • Implementing talent management initiatives, such as performance management, driving culture transformation, working with employee engagement and ensuring great people leaders 
  • Working with the identification of business-critical positions, succession management and development of the leadership pipeline
  • Influencing talent experience through pioneering innovative ways of working and tools, in close cooperation with the global teams
  • Enabling technology and analytics in the talent processes
  • Participating in global projects to enhance our People Story, actively share experience and expertise

Your key qualifications: 
We want you to bring an innovative and curious mindset, challenging and influencing people with high impact on business results. You have experience of building talent capability through creating and sustaining a talent pipeline, targeted development and applying analytics. You have successfully worked with leadership teams and senior stakeholders. With a minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent acquisition/talent management, you have a track record of designing and delivering talent solutions at scale. Experience working in business-facing HR roles is an advantage. You have a great ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Primary Location: Stockholm (Kista), Sweden.
