We are now looking for a Head of Solutions in Solution Line Packet Core. It is a very exciting time: 5G is launched, cloud native applications are deployed and we add new offerings to serve enterprises. Do you want to take the opportunity to shape the future of technology with us at Ericsson?

 

The purpose of the Head of Solutions job role is to handle our virtual- and cloud native solutions comprising of multiple network functions from Packet Core domain. These network functions run in different cloud environments. The job includes solution strategy, positioning and business development to secure a profitable solution portfolio. You will have the global responsibility for the Ericsson Packet Core Solutions.

 

Responsibilities:
• Solution definition and business development
• Handle requirements and assignments towards development unit
• Drive continuous improvements
• Develop competence and knowledge sharing in your group and beyond

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Education: Master of Science or similar
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Domain experience: Packet Core and Cloud (private and public)
• Extensive knowledge of business and product management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Analitical skills
• Creating and innovating
• Formulating strategies and concepts
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
