Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an Engineer with NFVI implementation experience to join the Ericsson Cloud Infrastructure Delivery Team. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will be responsible for delivery of cloud technologies including Cloud DC and Edge Infrastructure (BSP 8100 and Ericsson SDI), Openstack Virtualisation (Ericsson CEE), Containers (Ericsson CCD), Nexenta and Scale IO Storage Solutions, MANO Orchestration (Ericsson Cloud Manager) and ODL (OpenDaylight) based SDN (Ericson SDN).
In this role, you would:
- Undertake product deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
- Prepare and execute system test, module test and acceptance test.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes.
- Work with team to resolve any technical product delivery issues.
- Maintain and update solution documentation.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Bachelor level qualification in engineering or computer science.
- Mandatory experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills. Solid understanding of main *nix services and components is required.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical procedures to customer
You may also have:
- Experience in Telecom
- DevOps skills, Python/Bash scripting experience
