Engineer – 2nd LA IMS Core: Noida

Job Summary:

 

The following work position / area/ specific functional skills are typically applicable to the Engineer-IMS CORE functional role.
Good Technical Knowledge of the specific IMS, VoLTE & CORE nodes viz. MTAS/CSCF/MRF/DNS/ENUM/NT-HLR/MSC/MGW/HLR for Mobile Communication
Understanding of all Processes, routines activities and stakeholder management.

 

You will:

The position responsible will be required:

• To ensure configuration on various IMS & Ericsson Core Nodes (MTAS, CSCF, ENUM, DNS, VmWare, MRF, MSS , MGW, HLR )
• To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
• To ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are properly & periodically followed.
• To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.

• Handling service degradation issues like Customer complaints increase- cross domain interaction (BO- Core/RAN/MPBN, Circle Core & RAN/Tx NPI etc.)

• New feature/functionality understanding & handover from OEMs and ramp-up of MS teams. This will be an additional layer to assess impact E2E analysis during FNI process along with OEM, BO & SRF, Design & Circle team.

• New initiatives on User Experience- like EPC Signaling intensity framework, MCA Cell wise, VoLTE experience etc.

• Understanding of any specific Audit requirement- Solution preparation and inputs to Automation team for industrialization.

• Should be well versed with important PS & CS related KPIs, their analysis, impact, behavior and improvement plans & Check list.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 years of experience
