About the role
We are looking for a People Business Partner to work closely with the business and support senior line managers with best practice operational HR activities. You will specifically support our Field Services Operation throughout the UK.
You will lead on case management including: disciplinaries, performance management, sickness and grievances. You’ll also be directly responsible for all Trade Unions activities, consultation and negotiations on pay, T’s & C’s and working practice. You will also facilitate and contribute to change programmes (including restructuring & reorganisations), driving Employee engagement programmes and managing TUPE transactions.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Global HR Business Partners, the Ericsson Global HR Shared Service Centre and HR Subject Matter Experts. You’ll be involved in a mixture of generalist HR and project-based work.
Finally, challenge the way we do things – implementing quest for easy across our HRG teams to support our customers.
- A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required.
- Experience of complex organisations
- Strong Trade Union experience
- Employment law experience and exposure to complex case management
- Experience of complex HR Delivery on a matrix basis
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Strong IT skills and exposure to HR IT systems
