Job Summary:

We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Engineer. You will plan and operate the software and hardware solutions for the internal Ericsson users. As an ICT Engineer, you will ensure a stable environment and optimize the solutions/services to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner.

Additional services required by the customer are handled on a case by case basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements. 
  • Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions. 
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. 
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation. 
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. 
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. 
  • Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community. 
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. 
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT(User Acceptance Testing) phases 
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases 
  • Assessing functional and technical feasibility for new processes that can be automated
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Experience in all phases of RPA delivery Life cycle including Define, Design, Build, Test, Go-live and UAT
  • Developing new RPA solution and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
  • Understanding and Identifying technical infrastructure requirement for RPA (Blueprism)
  • Designing automation solution in accordance with Blueprism design principle & standards
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
  • Should be able to Priorities and manage Multiple Portfolios

 

Competence Requirements

 

  • Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore vendor/partners
  • Experience working across all phases of SDLC including Production Support & Enhancements

 

Qualification & Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering or related disciplines
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant professional work experience with at least 4 years in Application Development and QA
  • Knowledge of Visio and RPA software (Blue Prism) is desirable
  • Well proven ability to engage customer and transform customer requirements and expectations at high level into a solution
  • Ability to manage relationships level with stakeholders within Ericsson as well as the customer organization.
  • Hands-on experience in the areas of Automation and Project management 
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore vendor/partners
  • Experience working across all phases of SDLC including Production Support & Enhancements

 

The following is a strong plus

  1. Experience with Web Applications and Data Management tools
  2. Hands-on experience on some RPA tool Developer experience
