Are you a future leader at PDU Packet Core?

We are looking for a strong and passionate leader to join our team at PDG Mobility within PDU PC.

Within Packet Core we are in the early phases of deploying a new operational model based on three dimensions in tight cooperation; business, technology and operations. As a Development Owner you will be contributing to this transformation.

As the Development Owner you will lead the operations. Together with the leaders of the business and technology dimension to you will lead the development of PCC (Packet Core Controller).

 

The Development Owner is responsible for

  • Maximizing development velocity and productivity under the lifecycle of a product.
  • Securing structures and development machinery enabling delivery according to agreed expectations.
  • Ensuring that everyone has what is needed to do a good job; relevant information, competence, equipment etc.

You will report to the Head of PDG Mobility and be part of our leadership team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Continuous flow optimization, identify and drive needed changes
  • Implementing and maintaining an efficient information structure
  • Securing collaboration and cooperation across dimensions
  • Providing a holistic view of the plan and status
  • Continuously assess and balance capability
  • Creating an environment that empowers and motivates people and teams through coaching and energy, clear expectations and support
  • Work actively across the dimensions with risk management and scenario planning

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing product development
  • Extensive experience in driving change
  • Leadership experience
  • Large scale project/program management
  • Solid experience in software development Agile, Lean and DevOps ways of working
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Can do attitude, strong result orientation and interest to work with change management across the organization
  • Fluent in English
