We are now looking for a Head of Networks Supply Product life cycle management (PLCM) to the newly established team to create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient PLCM, Master data management and Networks supply chain design and description operation. This is done by executing the Supply Strategy with operational efficiency. The Head of Networks Supply PLCM will have a significant opportunity to make a real impact, with a strong mandate to lead and develop the organization towards world class PLCM, master data and optimal supply chain Design capability meeting future requirements. The position is part of the Networks Supply Chain management leadership team, reporting to Head of Networks Supply Chain Management .
You will drive and develop the PLCM process to fulfil end2end product lifecycle optimization in the most cost efficient way possible, through active PLC, supply chain design and description management
Optimize the Network Supply PLCM process from pre-launch (PD2) to end of service and phase-out, with strong engagement in the early product development phases to ensure optimal product delivery through the supply chain
You will be responsible and govern the central Networks supply chain management master data team to build capability and competence to meet the upcoming initiatives
Responsible for the development and implementation of overall department’s strategy, processes, and goals
Identify and resolve PLCM process issues and provide regular updates to senior management.
Lead and develop team to secure future competence need, encouraging employee skill development and professional growth.

Supply Chain, Product, Master data and PLCM Process Knowledge
Proven capability to drive strategic and operational activities in the area
University degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in engineering or equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent communication & collaboration skills (verbal and written)
Drive to learn, coach and teach
Proven leadership skills from an international environment
Pro-active and Self-driven attitude with problem-solving mentality
