Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Head of  Networks Planning  to the newly established team to create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Networks Planning process efficiency. This is done by executing the Supply Strategy with operational efficiency. The Head of Networks Planning will have a significant opportunity to make a real impact, with a strong mandate to lead the organization to the next decade driven by digitalization. The position is part of the Networks Supply Chain management leadership team, reporting to Head of Networks Supply Chain Management .​

Responsibilities: ​

  • You will drive the supply process to secure quality in customer demand and supply capability in a cost efficient way​

  • Optimize the 3-12+ month demand and supply process including capability dimensioning  for all Networks products, to ensure optimal dimensioning of the Supply Chain capability​

  • Understand customer needs and pro-actively act to Supply capability and manage inventory across the supply chain​

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of overall supply strategy, processes, and goals for Networks Planning​

  • Lead and drive Business area S&OP and TDM process with strong collaboration and communication across different units within Ericsson​

  • Lead and develop team to secure future competence need, encouraging employee skill development and professional growth.​

Key Qualifications:​

  • Supply Chain and Process Knowledge, in particular Planning process knowledge is a requirement ​

  • Proven capability to drive strategic and operational activities​

  • University degree in a relevant discipline, preferably within Supply Chain or equivalent level of knowledge​

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills (verbal and written)​

  • Drive to learn, coach and teach​

  • Proven leadership skills from an international environment​

  • Pro-active and Self-driven attitude with problem-solving mentality​
