SA Automation and AI is a unit within BMAS Group IT, with the aim to drive our digital strategy and to ensure cross-functional execution. Automation & AI is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and competence is now further strengthened to drive business transformation through automation, and to ensure a secure and scalable development, deployment and operations.

This position will be reporting to the Head of Automation & AI Platform and we now welcome you to join our team.


Job Description

This successful Strategic Product Manager will be responsible for technology and use of AI-powered tools to analyze documents utilizing Machine- and Deep Learning training to automate or dramatically increase efficiency for tasks related to text processing and analysis. The preferred candidate will have either product management background from large-scale IT solutions and/or outsourced application development/operations management background. 
The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to
•    Define Automation portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio TCO
•    Support the development of domain target architecture
•    Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
Manage Portfolio Competence and Business Readiness

•    Sound knowledge of Product management 
•    Genuine interest in/Knowledge of Business Management 
•    Genuine interest in Product Architecture and Technology

Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
