Purpose of Job Role:

The ICT Program Director drives large and complex Professional Services engagements towards Ericsson’s customers, supporting the KAM with extensive technical, commercial, program governance knowledge. You will act as the head of the delivery, through to fulfilment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from presales to delivery

 

Additional responsibilities will include:

 

  • You will build relationships at C-Level and manage stakeholders on all levels
  • You will be responsible for overseeing multiple programmes and leading virtual teams on shore and off shore
  • Driving up-sales opportunities
  • Building relationships with vendors and suppliers

 

Required Knowledge:

 

  • Minimum 10 years of ICT Industry experience in Program Management for ICT projects and pre-sales
  • Proven track record, working for a supplier towards major telecom operators
  • Extensive OSS Domain knowledge: OSS Functional areas / Readiness / Fulfilment and Assurance
  • Understanding of NFVi, Orchestration, Inventory and Order and Catalog management systems.
  • Understanding of Virtualised networks / Management of virtualised networks
  • Proven records in Agile delivery / delivering large business transformation programs
