Job Summary:

We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business in most advanced market in the world through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of customer’s business, operations and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson-LG successful. This job role could be focused on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.

  • Your responsibility will be business development in network equipment area especially in radio access network.
  • Lead business both internally and externally to plan sales strategies and generate profitability sales based on market insight, business opportunities
    • External: Maximize customer relationships and loyalty with market insights, Negotiate terms & conditions, price, etc. Manage cash collection after deal closing.
    • Internal: Mainly act as ACR under Core 3 environment, Plan business strategies in line with top management, Follow and ensure each sales process (Qualify/Drive/Execute/Close), Align and work closely with other relative organizations/teams for risk management
  • Core 3: ACR (Account Commercial Responsible) / CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) / CFR (Customer Fulfillment Responsible)
  • Collect and analyze market insight to lead new business opportunities

 

  • 이동통신 장비 (Radio Access Network) 사업 영업
  • 시장과 기존 사업 기회에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 전략 수립 이윤 창출을 위한 대내외적 사업 리드
    • 대외: 사업 동향에 따른 고객 관계 형성 유지 관리, 가격을 비롯한 계약조건 협상, 계약 체결 이후의 cash collection 관리
    • 대내: 주로 Core 3 체계 내의 ACR로서 사업 리드, 경영진과의 얼라인먼트를 통한 사업 전략 수립, 사업 단계별 Sales process (검토/추진/실행/종료) Risk management 위한 관계 부서와의 협력
  • Core 3: ACR (고객 영업 담당) / CSR (고객 솔루션 담당) / CFR (계약 이행 담당)
  • 신규 사업 기회 창출을 위한 market insight 수집 분석

 

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Experiences: 3 ~ 5 years of experience in direct/inside sales or relevant field from the ICT industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent Korean, Business English communication skill
  • Commercial understanding, Thoughtful and consultative communication skill
  • Customer and market insight
