Are you a multidisciplinary Engineer, willing to join the best team in VAS? be part of our team as a Support Engineer for the night shift, where you will be responsible to perform remote software applications (SUH, upgrades and MR/MNCLs) & troubleshooting on product platforms and/or multiple platforms/elements of solutions to complete customer network and or adhoc upgrade requests.
–Technically trained and familiar with IP terminology.
–perform updates and upgrades in key SWD technologies (ex. 5G RAN, LTE Core, LTE RAN, WCDMA Core, WCDMA RAN, GSM Core, OSS, ENM, IMS, Packet Core, etc.).
–troubleshoot generated alarms, logs, script issues and error messages encountered on various nodes in customer networks (minimum of three i.e. WCDMA RAN, IMS, LTE RAN).
–assess the status of in-progress updates, upgrades and customer networks during issue analysis.
–create and implement action plans to resolve update and upgrade issues.
–Ability to multi-task several issues, processes, and analyze large amounts of data to provide real-time support to deployment engineers, internal, and external customers.
–perform Root Cause Analysis for update, upgrade, and process issues.
–Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate activities with team members, internal customers (PMs, SDMs, CNS, PLM), and external customers.
–Ability to work at a high level, speak with confidence and clarity, and deliver flawless results during intense pressure situations.
