We are currently looking for a System program manager, for handling the system activities needed to develop one of our 5G products, Packet Core Controller (PCC).
The system program manager role is a key role within our organization, focusing on technology leadership as well as business needs in a balanced view.
As system program manager you will coordinate a variety of important activities; you will have a close cooperation with many stakeholders in the organization like solution line, product owners, system architects and system managers working with different levels on the networks as well as within different areas.
One of the most important things is to be able to investigate most urgent and important things first according to a technical perspective of how to build a complex, flexible, scalable, robust SW system in a good way.
Our new product portfolio with Packet Core is based on cloud native principles, we aim to create a common architecture for all Packet Core Network functions optimized to execute in cloud environments.
Technology utilized include container technology like Docker and Kubernetes, microservices architecture and databases like Redis. Cloud Native Platform is currently a key area of packet core controller (PCC).

Responsibilities & Tasks
- Responsible for securing plans based on agreed capability.
- Accountable for visualizing plans and progress and promptly highlight deviations and risks.
- Responsible for securing collaboration across the BTO dimensions and with other stakeholders.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements of SM WoW and applicable flows.
- Visualize status for ongoing SMs activities
- Secure collaboration shared between sites
- Inform and secure long-term plan for SM activities/artifacts going forward
- Facilitate Technical meeting to secure and support SMs
- Maintain and visualize SM contact lists
- Facilitate good collaboration between PO´s and general SM´s
- High business understanding.
- Experience from earlier system assignments
- Deep understanding of the domain/area.
- Excellent communication skills. (Be able to communicate with operators and customers at different levels).
- Team player and good people skills.
- Be able to take decisions.
- Drive commitments with high energy
- Experience working according to Lean and Agile way of working
