Job Summary: 

As part of our expansion in the Philippines we are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager responsible to deliver the Integration service to our customer. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance as well as the manpower, competence and processes needed to run an efficient and high performing integration unit.

 

In the role of Line Manager you will act according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework, promote the corporate values, ethics and culture in your organization and through role model leadership drive and ensure operational excellence for all part of your unit responsibilities with customer focus at the forefront of everything you set out to do and achieve.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholder and customer to understand demands and expectations

  • Setup and maintain individual training and competence plans

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience, Business or Technical related degree
  • Min years of experience: 10-12 years where as 5-7years in similar management position
  • Domain experience: Deep understanding of site engineering, hands on experience will be a plus
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
