To be Successful in this role , you must have :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, configurations and integration of eServ UIP and Vocabase solution in an environment with large subscriber base as second line Support & Maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Ericsson Charging Systems, eServ Global Voms/MPos, Huawei CBS/UCM is a plus.
  • End to end architecture knowledge eServ IVR and Vocabase platform
  • Complete knowledge of internal IVR and Vocabase components and integrated plugins
  • Complete knowledge of VOICE XML browser and supporting technologies like CCXML, MSCML and DTMF Grammar.
  • Knowledge of Vocabase EVOC Expressions
  • In-depth knowledge of SS7, TCAP, MAP, SCTP, SIP and other signaling protocols
  • Shell scripting, perl scripting, python scripting
  • Knowledge of Linux / Solaris operating system
  • Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Analyze application traces, debug logs and tcp-dumps
  • Java, JBOSS, Java scripts understanding, should be able to understand and debug code
  • Daily routine maintenance and operations of eServ UIP and Vocabase
  • Managing incidents related to eServ UIP and Vocabase
  • Troubleshooting of calls logic and announcements
  • Troubleshooting of IVR problems, RCA preparation, coordination with vendor/customer
  • Responsible for ensuring SLAs and KPIs
  • Weekly capacity report generation for IVR and Vocabase platform and recommendation if any improvement required
  • Analysis, assessment and deployment of new business requirements / change requests
  • Resolve Customer complain / HPSM TTs as per SLA
  • Processes and systems improvement, automation and Innovation
  • Debugging of Vocabase plugin code in case of issues and recommend efficiencies in the code
  • Work in 24X7 shift environment


Education: Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science or Similar
