Master Thesis: Power Amplifier Design

We are now looking for a Master Student for a Thesis Work in the field of Power Amplifier Design.

 

Thesis Description

The thesis work will be to develop a high efficient Power Amplifier for some frequency in the span 2.5-6 GHz. The exact job will be defined in collaboration with you and your supervisor. You will be a part of a fun, intelligent team with international background. We have a well equipped lab and all kind of softwares needed for developing hardware.The thesis can be written by one or two students.

 

Qualifications

Successful studies is a must!

  • You are probably studying Engineering Physics or Electrical Engineering.
  • You have a high interest in Microwaves and especially RF (Radio Frequency).
  • Experience in some RF simulation tool like ADS or Micro wave office
  • Experience of common lab equipment like Signal generators, Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
  • Basic knowledge in Power Amplifiers

Students: 1-2

Credits: 30 each

Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Preferred Start Date: January/February 2020
