Red Bee Media Sweden has for the last ten years been working with customers such as: TV4, CMore, SVT, FOX, MTV. Our daily operations includes live News, Sports and high profile programs for example Swedish Idol, Let´s Dance. Talang.
 

Red Bee Media Sweden are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Job Description:
 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
 

  • Implement Customer change requests
  • Support SA teams in new platform development 
  • System administration and configuration
  • Drive and assist in Incident and problem management
  • Govern and supervise the technical platform in production
  • Daily communication with external (customers/vendors) and internal stakeholders
     

To succeed in this role you need to have:
 

  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Good collaboration skills
  • A drive to deliver results 
  • A problem solving and analytical approach
  • 3-5 years technical broadcast experience or equivalent
  • Ability to apply technical expertise
  • Language skills - English and Swedish - both written and in speech


Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
 

  • Experience in 2nd line Operations is meritorious
  • Experience in network and compute is appreciated as well as programming skills
