Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area.  The Implementation manager will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site, Fiber Route etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.

As Implementation Manager:

  • You will organize and coordinate rollouts
  • Handle work orders and compensation
  • Plan and follow up of quality assurances

Our Ideal Candidate may have:

  • At least 5  years of experience as IM or Coordinator
  • Fluent English Proficiency
  • Proven experience as team lead
  • Proven experience on TX projects.
  • You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Coping with pressures and setbacks
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • Strong expertise on Cisco/Extreme switches.
  • Good understanding of networking, IP, routing and able to do basic troubleshooting
  • At least basic or good scripting skills
  • MOP, Test Plan, TOL, Test Instructions, Acceptance Test, LLD
  • Basic Automation skills and understanding
  • Able to lead nightly MWs and communicate well with customer operation team
  • Understand importance of documentation and information sharing with team
  • Take ownership of tasks and drives
  • Leading himself and small team if needed during troubleshooting
  • Good communication and team player
  • Proactive, Flexible, curious, eager to learn and engage with onsite team  and customer
