Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Support Services Advisor to provide dedicated first line support to customers who include internal end users, Ericsson suppliers and Ericsson customers for the services delivered by the Shared Services AND global units. This requires receiving and registering inquiries, solving them or referring to the relevant secondary support team. The result is resolved inquiries allowing freed-up time and thereby higher productivity for the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • You will handle inquiries
  • Manage inquirires
  • Execute in processes, services and scope
  • Monitor and analyze team’s performance
  • Provide support or perform tasks in projects
  • Initiate improvement activities

Key Qualifications: 

  • Education: Academic degree in finance, accounting or similar field.
  • Ability to communicate in the customer’s preferred language, as well as an openness to and respect for other cultures.
  • Accounting & Reporting Skills
  • Financial Acumen Skills
  • Treasury Knowledge
