The impact of your role at Ericsson

 

We are now looking for a Learning Services Support Administrator Global Learning Services to join our upcoming initiative to support our market areas and global teams. You will be part of the bigger Learning Services team of approximately 200 people globally. You will report in a line management locally in Romania and also functionally to the Head of Digital Learning as well as to the Head of the Delivery Planning.

 

You will also:

  • Administrate training sessions in the Ericsson Learning Management System on behalf of other Learning Services units throughout Ericsson
  • Administrate digital learning content and users access on behalf of Learning Services units
  • Administrate “ask the expert inbox”
  • Support with the student feedback process and tools
  • Support with organization of periodical meetings within Learning Services
  • Support with periodical communication, newsletter and website content administration for Learning Services
  • Provide statistics and reporting for the tools you are working with to Learning Services units

How your expertise will make the difference (Qualifications needed)

  • Proven experience in negotiating SW agreements. Be computer literate and knowledgeable in using basic applications such as Microsoft Office (outlook, excel) and sharepoint
  • Strong drive to operational excellence.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on-time.
