Job Summary

The ICT Sales Manager is a sales role responsible for the ICT business in a specific Account at Ericsson Taiwan. The role responsibility is to ensure that short business and long-term strategic objectives are met for both customer and Ericsson spanning from business development, closing sales to delivery and manage customer satisfaction. Key to the success of this role is to have a deep consultative approach understanding industry trends, business drivers for Digital Transformation and customer pain points when growing new business in 5G, AI/Big Data and Cloud. The scope of the role covers engaging with the client’s IT, Network and Enterprise Departments selling customer solutions in OSS & BSS, IoT and Private Networks. The role is measured by Sales Incentives and Performance goals.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

-Create demand/sales leads from Ericsson installed base and new solutions

-Set the account ICT goals and objectives and obtain the support from internal key stakeholders.

-Develop and execute the account plan, based on the fundamental understanding to the customer business, operation and objective

-Determine and understand business challenges, developing tailored solutions using a consultative sales process within all levels

-Lead and orchestrate the country, region and global resource to engage the sales leads, tendering process and negotiation

-Achieve the agreed sales target.

-Building and managing relationships on multiple levels with key customer stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Consulting in IT and/ or Telecom
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT or related from an accredited university
- Proven track record of in senior sales or consultant roles in Telecom or ICT
- Confident, driven and dynamic leadership skills
- Excellent and persuading communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
- Proven track record in leading the support team and achieving the objectives

- Fluent in English as the company language
